How information is collected
Grand Arch receives information you choose to provide through project inquiries, direct email, telephone, or other communication. This may include contact information, project location, scope, budget range, timing, and related details.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential engagements, communicate about requested services, maintain business records, protect the website, and comply with applicable obligations.
Project inquiries and Google mail
When you send the website inquiry form, the information you enter is transmitted through a protected Google mail workflow to Grand Arch's Google Workspace account, sending as info@grandarchgroup.com. A confirmation may also be sent to the email address you provide. This processing is necessary to deliver the inquiry and is independent of your optional Analytics choice.
AI-assisted Project Guide
The Project Guide may send the project information entered in that guide to OpenAI to organize a preliminary consultation brief. The guide is designed not to collect names, contact details, exact street addresses, confidential plans, payment details, or file uploads. If the AI service is unavailable, the website may return a fixed guided brief instead.
Grand Arch requests that the OpenAI response not be stored for later retrieval through the API. OpenAI may retain limited abuse-monitoring logs according to its API data policy. Project Guide information is not sent to Google Analytics.
Budget Range Planner
The Budget Range Planner calculates entirely in your browser. Planner selections and calculated ranges are not sent to Grand Arch, OpenAI, Google Analytics, or another external service while you use the planner. The planner does not request names, contact information, exact addresses, payment information, or uploads.
If you explicitly choose “Request a consultation,” a bounded summary is stored temporarily in that browser tab and placed into the editable inquiry form. It is sent to Grand Arch only if you review and submit the inquiry. The contact form accepts the stored summary only when it was created recently, removes it after successful delivery, and does not use persistent cross-device storage.
Form security
Grand Arch uses Cloudflare Turnstile on protected forms to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process device, browser, network, and IP-address signals needed for that security check. This required security processing is separate from optional Analytics consent. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Analytics choices
Optional Google Analytics remains off unless a visitor affirmatively allows it. When allowed, it helps Grand Arch understand page visits, approximate location, device and browser type, traffic sources, and interactions such as contact intent, completion of the Project Guide, and whether the Budget Range Planner was started or completed. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled. Project-inquiry contents, Project Guide answers, generated briefs, Budget Range Planner selections, dimensions, locations, and calculated ranges are never sent to Analytics.
Visitors may decline optional analytics without losing access to the website and may change or withdraw their choice at any time using “Analytics choices” in the footer.
Communications
Grand Arch may send transactional email or SMS messages when requested or reasonably necessary for a project inquiry or active engagement. Marketing messages are not sent without the consent required by applicable law.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with service providers supporting website hosting, Google communications, AI processing, security, or business operations, or when required by law. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes described.
Your choices
You may contact Grand Arch to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.
